Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for services provided by Qwick Card.

By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms stated below.


1. Service Nature

Qwick Card provides digital visiting card creation and hosting services. Since our services involve digital products and instant service activation, refunds may not be available once the service has been delivered or activated.


2. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription or service at any time by contacting our support team.

However:

  • Cancellation will stop future billing only.
  • The current active subscription will remain valid until the end of the billing period.
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused time.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by the user
  • Payment deducted but service not activated
  • Technical issue from our system preventing service delivery

Refund requests must be made within 3 days of the transaction date.

After verification, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Service already activated or delivered
  • Incorrect information provided by the user
  • Failure to use the service after purchase
  • Violation of our Terms of Service

5. Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, the refund may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank processing time.
